A:For packages shipping,all orders may take a bout 1week delivery time to your door and also trackable online any time.

9.Q:What is your refund/returns policy?
A:We are committed to providing high quality goods to our customers.If you receive damaged goods we will gladly provide replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the goods.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return items and we will email to you our return address.)
